Screw: Standard YF45Mnr alloy steel, heat-treated to HRC58–62 for
superior strength and durability. Also available in 45# steel or
304 stainless steel, the latter offering excellent rust resistance
for humid or corrosive environments.
Nut: Select from tin bronze, aluminum bronze, brass, cast iron, or
stainless steel. Each material is chosen to balance low friction
and long lifespan, making them suitable for different load
capacities and operating conditions.
